Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotations and shipments issued by Global Nexora Export, unless replaced by a signed contract between the parties.
Website use
The content of this website is provided for general information to prospective business buyers. Product descriptions, seasons, packing formats and transit times are indicative and do not constitute an offer or a guarantee of availability.
Quotations
Quotations are issued in writing against a specific fruit, grade, packing format, volume, destination port, Incoterm and shipment window. Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for the period noted on it and remains subject to crop availability and final confirmation.
Orders and confirmation
An order is binding once a proforma invoice or sales contract has been issued by us and accepted by the buyer in writing. Specification changes after confirmation may affect price, packing and shipment date.
Quality and inspection
Fruit is supplied against the agreed written specification and inspected before loading. As fresh produce is perishable, condition on arrival also depends on transit handling, temperature integrity and clearance time at destination.
Shipping and Incoterms
Risk and cost transfer according to the Incoterm stated on the sales contract (Incoterms® 2020). Vessel schedules, routings and transit times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by us.
Documentation
Standard export documentation is provided for each shipment. Additional destination-specific certificates must be requested before order confirmation so that they can be arranged in time.
Liability
Our liability in relation to any consignment is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by carriers, port authorities, weather or force majeure events.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Mumbai having jurisdiction, unless a different jurisdiction is agreed in writing in the sales contract.
