Quality & packaging

A repeatable standard, applied shipment after shipment.

Quality in fresh produce is mostly discipline: the same checks, the same packing, the same paperwork every time. Below is the sequence we follow from orchard to vessel.

01

Sourcing & grading

Fruit is drawn from mapped growing regions and inspected at the pack house against the agreed specification: size or count, colour, Brix, blemish tolerance and firmness. Lots that do not match the confirmed grade are not loaded.

02

Packing & pre-cooling

Produce is packed in ventilated corrugated cartons, crates or punnets with liners, pads or nets as the line requires, then pre-cooled to the recommended pulp temperature before palletisation and reefer stuffing.

03

Documentation

Each consignment travels with the commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and bill of lading, plus any destination-specific certification agreed at order confirmation.

04

Port handling

Consolidation, customs clearance and container stuffing are managed close to the loading port. Temperature settings, ventilation and vessel schedule are confirmed in writing before departure.
